AI & Automated Processing

CareerLift uses artificial intelligence to analyse the resume text and any job-posting URL you submit, in order to generate your ATS report. To do this, your submitted resume content is transmitted securely to our AI processing provider, Anthropic, PBC (the provider of the Claude AI model), which processes it solely to produce your report and does not use it to train its models. We do not sell or share your resume with any other third party.

Data retention: your uploaded file is deleted immediately after the text is extracted, and your resume text is removed from our systems once your report has been delivered. Request records and generated reports are automatically deleted within 30 days. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@careerlift.agency.

Reports are produced by automated AI analysis and are provided as guidance only; they are not a guarantee of any interview or hiring outcome.
