What you’re buying

CareerLift sells one-time purchases, listed and priced on the pricing section of our homepage: the ATS-Clean Resume Templates ($9), the Resume Bullet Library ($12), the CPA & EA Exam Study Planner ($12), the job-specific rewrite ($19), and the Career Toolkit ($24). Checkout and delivery are handled by Gumroad. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and nothing to cancel — you pay once, you receive your deliverables, and that’s the whole transaction. Nothing you buy grants time-limited access, so there is no access period that can lapse or re-bill.

Refunds — 14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid product listed above carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. If what you bought did not do what this site said it would, email support@careerlift.agency within 14 days of purchase, quoting the email address you bought with — and, for the $19 job-specific rewrite, your licence key. We process approved refunds within 48 hours to your original payment method (your bank may take a few extra days to post it).

We may ask what fell short — honest feedback improves the product — but we do not make refunds difficult, and you do not have to argue for it.

Gumroad’s own product pages do not all display this guarantee. It applies regardless: this page is the policy we are bound by, for all five paid products, however the checkout page is worded.

Free scans

The free ATS scan costs nothing and involves no payment details, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.

If you are in the EU or the UK

Consumers in the EU and the UK also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 9; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regulation 29). Nothing on this page removes or shortens that right. The 14-day guarantee above is offered voluntarily and runs alongside it; where the statutory right gives you more, the statutory right wins. Our payment provider Gumroad is the merchant of record for these sales. To exercise it, email support@careerlift.agency with your Gumroad order number — you do not need to give a reason.
