Cancellation & Refund Policy

What you’re buying

CareerLift sells one-time purchases: the $5 Full Report and the $20 Pro Package. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and nothing to cancel — you pay once, you receive your deliverables, and that’s the whole transaction. (The Pro Package includes 30 days of unlimited scans; that access simply ends after 30 days — it never renews and never charges you again.)

Refunds

If your report didn’t meet your expectations, email support@careerlift.agency within 7 days of purchase with the email address you used to buy. We process approved refunds within 48 hours to your original payment method (your bank may take a few extra days to post it).

We may ask what fell short — honest feedback improves the product — but we don’t make refunds difficult. If the report failed you, you get your money back.

Free scans

The free ATS scan costs nothing and involves no payment details, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.
