CareerLift Agency is a small, independent service operated by Sam Arora, sole proprietor. Every message is read. Most questions already have an answer you can use right now, so start here:

The quick answers

• Lost your $19 rewrite? Go to the job-match tool, paste your licence key into the licence box and press Find my past rewrites. Every rewrite made with your key is stored there.
• Licence key not working? Copy it straight from your Gumroad receipt rather than retyping it, and watch for 0 and O, 1 and I. A key for a different product will not work in the tool.
• How many rewrites does one key cover? Up to 3 complete rewrites: one job posting, with room to re-run it after you edit. A run that fails or is cut off does not count.
• Want your money back? Within 14 days of buying, the form on our Refund Policy page refunds you in full. No questions, nothing to argue.
• A free check failed? Your free check was given back, so the failed attempt did not use one up. Try again in a minute.
• Your data? What we keep and for how long is set out in our Privacy Policy. To have your data deleted, write to us below from the address you used.

We read every message; we do not promise a reply time, and for anything about a payment the refund form gets you an answer without waiting for us.

Who runs CareerLift

CareerLift Agency is operated by Sam Arora, sole proprietor. Payments and file delivery for the paid products are handled by Gumroad, which is the merchant of record. The full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
