1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account dashboard under “Subscription Settings”
  • Contacting our support team at noreply@careerlift.agency
  • Using the cancellation link in your billing emails

1.2 Cancellation Effective Date

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the period ends
  • Auto-renewal is immediately disabled
  • No further charges will be made
Note: Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. You can continue using free features and reactivate your subscription anytime.

2. Refund Policy

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Services used beyond the 7-day guarantee period
  • Partial month usage after the guarantee period
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations

  • Price changes or promotional offers after purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours

3.2 Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods: Up to 14 business days
Important: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

4. Subscription Modifications

4.1 Downgrading

If you downgrade from Pro to Free:

  • Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
  • You keep Pro features until the current period ends
  • No partial refunds for the current period

4.2 Upgrading

If you upgrade your plan:

  • Changes take effect immediately
  • You’re charged a prorated amount for the current period
  • Future billing occurs on the original cycle date

5. Account Reactivation

After cancellation, you can reactivate your account anytime:

  • All your previous data remains intact
  • Pricing may have changed since cancellation
  • New subscription starts immediately upon reactivation
  • The 7-day guarantee applies only to first-time purchases

6. Dispute Resolution

If you’re unsatisfied with our refund decision:

  2. Provide your case reference number and additional information
  3. We’ll review and provide a final decision within 5 business days
  4. For unresolved disputes, you may contact your payment provider

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Technical Issues

If our service experiences significant downtime or technical problems that prevent you from using paid features, we may offer:

  • Service credit for future use
  • Extension of your subscription period
  • Full or partial refund at our discretion

7.2 Pricing Errors

In case of pricing errors on our website:

  • We’ll honor the displayed price if the error is minor
  • For significant errors, we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel
  • Full refunds are provided for cancelled orders due to pricing errors
