What you’re buying

CareerLift sells four one-time purchases, listed and priced on the pricing section of our homepage: the ATS-Clean Resume Templates ($9), the Resume Bullet Library ($12), the job-specific rewrite ($19), and the Career Toolkit ($24), which bundles the templates, the bullet library and a CPA & EA Exam Study Planner. Checkout and delivery are handled by Gumroad, the merchant of record. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and nothing to cancel: you pay once, you receive your deliverables, and that is the whole transaction.

The $19 job-specific rewrite is unlocked by a licence key on your Gumroad receipt. One key covers up to 3 complete rewrites: one job posting, with room to re-run it after you edit your resume. A run that fails or is cut off does not count, and every rewrite made with your key can be fetched again at any time with Find my past rewrites on the job-match tool.

Refunds — 14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid product carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 14 days of purchase with the form below and you get your money back in full: no questions, and you do not have to argue for it. Gumroad’s own checkout shows the same 14-day guarantee.

How it works: the form records your request and emails you a reference straight away. Refunds are issued from Gumroad in a weekly batch, and Gumroad emails you when yours is done; your bank may take a few more days to show it. A refunded licence key stops working.

Bought in the CareerLift Android app?

A rewrite bought inside the Android app is charged by Google Play, and its licence key starts with CLP-. The same 14-day guarantee applies. Two ways to ask:

Within 48 hours of buying, ask Google Play directly: in the Play Store app, open your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, Budget and history, choose the order and request a refund. Google decides those requests itself, usually within minutes.
Within 14 days, use the form below: choose “A rewrite bought in the Android app” and paste your CLP- key. App purchases are refunded through Google Play, and a refunded key stops working.

The free job-match check and the free emailed review cost nothing and involve no payment details, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.

If you are in the EU or the UK

Consumers in the EU and the UK also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 9; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regulation 29). Nothing on this page removes or shortens that right. The 14-day guarantee above is offered voluntarily and runs alongside it; where the statutory right gives you more, the statutory right wins. Our payment provider Gumroad is the merchant of record for these sales.
