CareerLift sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping, no shipping address, and no customs or delivery charges.
How each thing reaches you
- The free resume check at the job-match tool returns its answer on screen, in seconds. Nothing is emailed.
- The free emailed report is sent to the address you enter on the home page, normally within a few minutes.
- The paid downloads ($9 templates, $12 bullet library, $24 Career Toolkit) are delivered by Gumroad immediately after payment, as a download link on the confirmation page and in your Gumroad receipt email.
- The $19 job-specific rewrite is not a file. Your Gumroad receipt contains a licence key; you return to the job-match tool, paste your resume, the job posting and that key, and the rewrite is produced on screen.
If something has not arrived
