1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CareerLift Agency’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

CareerLift Agency sells the following, and nothing else. Every item is a one-time purchase of software output or of a file. There is no consulting, no coaching, no human resume-writing service, no LinkedIn profile service and no resume builder behind this site, and nothing here is delivered by a person working on your behalf.

• Free gap check — $0. You paste your resume and one job posting and get, on screen, a readiness score, the must-have terms from that posting that are missing from your resume, and basic formatting checks. No payment and no account.
• Job-specific rewrite — $19 one-time. Your own resume bullets rewritten to answer one job posting that you paste, each mapped to the requirement it answers, plus a plain list of that posting’s requirements your resume does not evidence. It does not invent employers, titles, dates or metrics. It does not produce a score, a cover letter, a LinkedIn rewrite or a 30-day plan.
• ATS-Clean Resume Templates — $9 one-time. Three parser-safe .docx templates with example content and a how-to guide. Instant download.
• Resume Bullet Library — $12 one-time. Quantified example bullets and ATS keywords across high-volume job titles. Instant download.
• CPA & EA Exam Study Planner — $12 one-time. An Excel study tracker with spaced repetition and an error log. Instant download.
• Career Toolkit — $24 one-time. A bundle of the three downloads above.

This site also publishes free job-title pages of example resume bullets and ATS keyword lists as general information. Every figure in those examples is illustrative and describes an invented person. It is not yours, and it must not be copied onto your resume.

3. Accounts and Licence Keys

3.1 There are no accounts

CareerLift has no user accounts, no logins and no passwords. You do not register, and there is nothing to sign in to. The free gap check needs only the text you paste. Paid downloads are delivered by Gumroad to the email address you give Gumroad at checkout.

3.2 Licence keys

The $19 job-specific rewrite is unlocked with a licence key shown on your Gumroad receipt and emailed to you. That key belongs to your purchase: keep it to yourself, and do not publish, share or resell it. We may disable a key that is being used by people who did not buy it.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Publish, resell or redistribute the files or the licence key you bought

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 Pricing

Current prices are shown in the pricing section of our homepage. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made: every sale is a single charge and nothing re-bills, so there are no subscribers to give notice to.

5.2 Payment

CareerLift products are one-time purchases, listed and priced on the pricing section of our homepage — currently the ATS-Clean Resume Templates ($9), the Resume Bullet Library ($12), the CPA & EA Exam Study Planner ($12), the job-specific rewrite ($19), and the Career Toolkit ($24). Checkout and delivery are handled by Gumroad. Payment is a single charge at the time of purchase. There are no subscriptions and no recurring fees.

5.3 No Renewals

Because every purchase is one-time, nothing renews and nothing re-bills. Nothing you buy grants time-limited access, so there is no access period that can lapse or re-bill.

5.4 Refunds

Every paid product carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, set out in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the EU and the UK are unaffected.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality on our platform are owned by CareerLift Agency and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content solely for providing our services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining strict data security standards.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific job placement or interview outcomes
• 100% accuracy in ATS scoring
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Complete compatibility with all ATS systems

Who you are contracting with

CareerLift Agency is operated by Sam Arora, sole proprietor — an unincorporated sole proprietorship, with no separate company, LLP or corporation behind it. That is the single counterparty for everything on this site: when these Terms say “CareerLift Agency”, they mean that sole proprietor, and any agreement you enter into here is with that person.

Paid products are sold through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues your receipt and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST due where you live. Your card details go to Gumroad and are never seen or stored by us. We remain responsible for the content of what you bought, and are who you should contact if anything is wrong with it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerLift Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CareerLift Agency harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms or use of our services.

11. Suspension of Access

There is no account to terminate. We may refuse or block use of the free gap check, and we may disable a licence key, where these Terms are breached — for example automated scraping, abuse of the free check, or a key used by people who did not buy it. If we disable a key for a purchase you legitimately made, we refund it.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CareerLift Agency operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
